Info from Licensor: "My friend and I were driving through very deep water as the area had flooded that day due to unusual amounts of rainfall. We stopped at a light to give the car in front of us some space and that’s when I realized the truck was stuck on the tracks and the train was barreling towards it, so I grabbed my phone as quick as I could and started recording."
