Info from Licensor: "On Tuesday, April 18th 2023 I was walking out of the Dollar General located in Rockwell, NC off of Organ Church Rd. I heard sirens and looked around only to find a police chase coming towards me. I spotted a gray Kia weaving through cop cars and going in and out of the ditches. The Kia then drove into wrong way traffic and was believed to be stopped until he quickly turned on the Dollar General property and ran through the lawn. The suspect was later caught and arrested."
