Info from Licensor: "Cheddar was adopted by us after being found alone on a deserted country road. It is assumed he was dumped there. He came home from his neuter surgery super doped up. He purrs with his mouth open on occasion when he's super happy, but this was over the top! He was fighting sleep while cuddling with mom, and fell asleep shortly after the video was taken. He has since recovered well and is as happy as can be!"
