Info from Licensor: "Driving through Paisley, FL and the speed limit dropped from 55 mph down to 40. The driver of Dodge Charger behind me decided to pass and get back up to speed before the reduced speed limit zone ended and they got an unexpected surprise because there was a cop waiting for speeders. Too bad, because the 55 mph limit resumed right around the corner and the rest of us drivers quickly got on our way."
