Info from Licensor: "My 2-year-old son and I were on a walk along the Kemptville Creek when we heard the twister over the water. Didn't seem dangerous by any means, so I snapped a photo and video of it. My son was amazed and wouldn't stop talking about the rainbow and trees shaking."
