Info from Licensor: "On my way to work, and witnessed a driver swerving all over the road completely out of touch with reality. I kept my distance away in fear of possibly being hit. She sped past me and hit the roadside. She made a correction and went across the road facing oncoming traffic. She kept driving thru the dirt and launched her car off elevated railroad tracks. Her vehicle kept moving into farmland fields. I immediately pulled over and called Pinal County Sheriff's Office for emergency response. I never got contacted back by anyone and am unsure of the outcome of the driver."
