In a matter of 5-10 minutes, the fire escalated from the ground floor to the 7th floor. Emergency services evacuated nearby buildings and halted public transportation services, with tram lines stopped for the foreseeable future at the time of the event. The footage was filmed in a nearby building on the opposite side of Central Station (Sydney), NSW."
