Info from Licensor: "Recorded by a local from Troy, Montana, at the Kootenai Falls between Libby and Troy. Occurred on Memorial Day weekend. Boaters are all members of 'Creature Craft' from all parts of the United States. All boaters successfully conquered the daring falls, which take many lives each year. They did this for training to ensure their devices can withstand all elements for Search and Rescue missions, etc."
