Info from Licensor: "This was at Public’s in downstairs Nashville. I came out from shopping and seen this guy driving up the ramp and hitting the ceiling of the parking garage. He stopped and preceded to drive forward and shortly stopped to back up. He had the sprinkler caught on his boat's rack and stopped again but then just kept driving in reverse. And at that point, he done gone and messed up! Lol the passenger took his shirt off to try and pull the pipe off the boat and couldn’t. Cops came and fire trucks."
