Info from Licensor: "This happened on Monday, June 5, 2023 at around 2:30 p.m. There was a risk of severe thunderstorms announced to the weather. When the wind and rain started, I saw my neighbor's roof wanting to tear off so I wanted to film it for him and at the same time his swing went to the wind. There were gusts of 80 to 100 km/h and the beginning of a cloud vortex was even detected."
