Info from Licensor: "He did not know that he put the helmet on backward, as the nozzle was turning completely. When he closed it, the helmet got stuck. He was going shopping as a copilot. When he came back, he realized that he could not remove the helmet. We had to disassemble the screw to remove the helmet."
