Info: The guy in the Chevy Cruz told me that he "sneezed" and lost control of his vehicle. I'm not surprised he left the scene on foot, acting as if he was on a call. The guy had no insurance, and the car was not registered to him. The Hyundai to the right of me hit the Chevy Cruz when he bounced off the wall.
