Info from Licensor: "This was taken at Dinosaur Provincial Park near Brooks, Alberta, Canada while we were camping. We noticed people looking up a large tree so we went over and saw a Northern Flicker bird trying to protect its nest from a large bull snake. After they both fell to the ground the snake wrapped around the bird for about 20 minutes and let go and the bird flew away. We do think the snake may have gotten the baby birds though.
