Info from Licensor: "While driving east on interstate I-40 to Amarillo, TX from Albuquerque, NM, we were following semi rig #1 for over an hour, and he was a good, polite driver the entire time. Driver #2 is trying to go faster than the rest of traffic, so #1 moves to the right lane to get out of #2's way just as #2 is trying to pass #1 on the right. #2 thinks that #1 cut him off and gets angry. Just past mile marker 289, #2 then proceeds to get beside #1 and commences to bully #1 off the road and onto the shoulder before using his rig to physically bump #1 off the road which causes #1 to overturn. #2 then drives away. I was the first person on the scene and helped #1 out of his cab through the front window. He had some minor scrapes, cuts, and bruises, but was otherwise ok. Less than 30 minutes after the state trooper arrived and called in the description of #2's rig, he was stopped and talking with police. I have no further info on either driver."
