Info from Licensor: "This is video footage of myself and my friend finding my stolen car. It had been reported stolen three hours earlier in the day. Found at Dollar Tree in Portland, OR. The person who stole my car was still in my car, parked outside the Dollar Tree. We removed her belongings and booted her out verbally. The end result is me sympathizing with the car thief and giving $40 cash since she needed it more than I did."
