Info from Licensor: "I was told you can make caramel in 3 easy steps. Put the sweetened condensed milk under water and let it go on the stove on low heat for 3 hours. Didn’t figure that water would evaporate that fast and the end result is my house after the pressure blew the tops off those cans."
