Info from Licensor: "'Frasse,' the cat, is an annoying big brother to the younger cat, 'Yuumi.' The video took place in Norrköping, Sweden on October 30th, 2023. Yuumi recently moved in to the home about 2 weeks before the event, they were playing a good bit before this occurred and after the video ends Frasse went up to cuddle with Yuumi."
