Info from Licensor: "I have been a reseller for years and source my goods from thrift stores across the US. I was out thrifting in October in the Portland, Maine area when I spotted a super cute flapper dress! I proceeded to the dressing room to go through my awesome finds when I spotted nuggets of green entangled in the fringe of the dress! I started laughing hysterically because it was so random and funny! I figured other people would think it’s funny too!"
