Info from Licensor: "The guy in the car in the yellow car had tried to run me off the road on Highway I24 East in Clarksville, Tennessee, but I avoided him by driving on the shoulder. I honked at him and flipped him off then when I was on another street he came flying up behind me and the rest you see in the video. When I got the police report, they charged him with reckless driving/road rage."
