This footage was filmed by Chen Xin in Palm Islands, an artificial group of islands in Dubai at 4:44 pm on Sep 1, 2023. Turkish ice cream is well-known for its tricks when the clerk gives customers the ice cream. But the little girl obviously didn't want to go along with the performance."
