Info from Licensor: "Elf was in the oven from the night prior. The kids found the elf in the morning, so Mom left the elf in the oven all day and forgot about it. Mom preheated the oven for dinner and walked away. Mom walked back into the kitchen 5 minutes later to huge flames in the oven. She started yelling for hubby, 'fire, fire' still not realizing it was the elf until she opened the oven. Kids saw and heard the whole thing and were balling their eyes out that their precious elf passed away. Mom felt like the worst mom ever."
