Info from Licensor: "Before this incident there were two other women ordering a massive catering of like 30 sandwiches for some event or something, and the woman in the video was already annoyed and whining about them taking so long. When it was finally her turn to order (I was in line right behind her) she walked up to the worker and the first thing she said was “you better fucking listen closely to me while I’m ordering because I’m not gonna stand around and wait while you fuck up my order like you did with those other ladies.”
The employee clearly knew very rudimentary English, and was the ONLY employee in the entire subway. At this point, I said something along the lines of “Don’t be such an asshole to the worker it’s not his fault there’s nobody else to help.” I started the recording soon after that."
