Info from Licensor: "Amazon driver in his personal vehicle pulled into my driveway to make a delivery, but forgot to put his car in park. By the time he delivered package, took photo and turned around his vehicle was rolling toward my garage door. He was unable to get to the car in time and it slammed into my garage door which will require replacement. He then simply drove off."
