Info from Licensor: "Wanted to clear some things up: I see a couple different people asking/assuming if I was using my phone and I wasn’t. It was in my phone holder clipped to my air vent (out of frame). The car was deemed a total loss and it crumpled like paper (it was a Kia Soul). I feel comfortable posting this because it happened months ago and I fully acknowledge my stupidity. I still don’t know what was going through my head or how the accident managed to happen.
