Info from Licensor: "This video was taken on my security cameras on Friday, March 1st 2024. Kenosha County Sheriff's Department along with US Homeland Security effectuated a search warrant on an upper level apartment complex in connection with a package that was delivered containing roller blades 'infused' with illicit substances from Colombia."
