Info from Licensor: "Not sure of who it was. Someone was walking their dog when they came across a female moose and its family. Moose started chasing them. Lots of onlookers. I filmed from my condominium. Happened at Beaver run in Breckenridge, Colorado. Person and dog were fine and moose backed off."
