Info from Licensor: "Mateo came to us with the idea of kicking a penalty to remove a very loose baby tooth. It was ready to come out and he is so passionate about Soccer and plays penalties with his dad every night in the house, that he told us how he wanted to do it. Mom thought they were crazy!
