Info from Licensor: "Smol Paul is a 3-year-old tuxedo cat with cerebellar hypoplasia (wobbly cat syndrome). It's a painless condition that makes a cat wobbly, but otherwise he's fine. I run a cat shelter and often adopt the cats that come in. Smol Paul was the first of my 5 wobbly cats and I thought his strange movements, like the amazing FWOOMP jump he does in this video, were because he's wobbly. NOPE! He's just a weird little guy. He does stuff like this ALL the time, constantly jumping on things and yeeting off them. He's hilarious."
