Info from Licensor: "A female neighbor had been waving a gun around at the swimming pool where there were a bunch of kids. Someone reported it they came out to arrest her. They had her apartment surrounded for 45 minutes. She came outside with a gun. She threw the gun on the ground and seconds later she got tased and arrested."
