Info from Licensor: "A Cooper’s Hawk that had been hanging around my house for a few days. It was sitting on my mailbox looking through my window and when I approached it puffed up and started squawking. This was in Denver, Colorado. It’s a fledgling hawk, old enough to leave the nest but not smart enough yet to not do this towards humans. A goofy and awkward young hawk."
