Info from Licensor: "I wanted to do this for awhile. I have to weed wack around a pond and a long driveway and I was looking for a better solution. My mini excavator is too small to run a hydraulic flail mower, so I tried this setup out. It ended up working better than I expected so now I bring it on jobs for my small company."
