Info from Licensor: "I was stopped at a stop sign waiting to turn and I see this huge dog coming toward me so I grab my cell phone and luckily caught it as it was rolling by at 30 mph in the rain. I guess it was coming from a parade here in town somewhere not sure whom or where it was coming from."
