Info from Licensor: "I was just pulling up to a stoplight when I looked over and noticed Santa being arrested, and it was such a funny sight that I knew I had to get my phone out to record it. Apparently, he is the same Santa who has been causing mayhem in the East Dallas area, riding his skateboard, annoying people, and Twerking in front of local businesses. I didn’t even know that when I took the video. The best part is that the cops were laughing."
