Info from Licensor: "No power at home and decided to run errands. Pulled into Safeway parking lot to reacquaint with unused eight year old dash cam and as soon as I cleared memory card and activated camera the wind whipped in a strange way and the tornado set down at the intersection I was aiming at. A moment of chaos and and the aftermath left everyone stunned."
