Info: When passing through an intersection, a car was about to change lanes to overtake but didn’t notice another car approaching quickly from behind. Startled by the lane change, the car going straight swerved sharply, made a wide turn ahead, and stopped by the roadside, hitting a person riding an electric bike. The electric bike lost balance and swayed, eventually throwing the rider off. The speed caused the bike to drag the rider along for a short distance.
