Info from Licensor: "A boy who was at Praia do Lázaro, in Ubatuba, on the northern coast of São Paulo, with his family, was adrift inside an inflatable bubble. He was rescued by sailor Rafael Graça do Prado, 32, who spotted the bubble in the middle of the sea when he was on a boat trip with his children. When he approached to see if anyone was inside it, he saw the child, approximately 8 years old. The incident happened last Tuesday (24.12), Christmas Eve. Before the rescue was completed, Rafael, who also owns a nautical tourism company, talked to the boy to calm him down. Friends of the sailor who were on another boat helped rescue the child. A steel cable was used to pull the plastic bubble and take the boy back to the beach. Rafael Graça do Prado says he asked that the bubble's zipper not be opened until the target was on the beach. 'So that there would be no risk of the boy jumping into the water in despair, or water getting inside the buoy and complicate things further,' he explained. 'We brought him to the beach and the family was very desperate, crying.' The boy is safe and unharmed."
