Info from Licensor: "This happened at like 7:02PM at my second job. I was a utility clerk, so I was bagging for cashiers, and bringing in carts from the parking lot. I was about to go inside, and then I saw this car trying to park and some lady trying to move her cart. I pulled out my phone and started recording because I knew something was going to go down."
