Info from Licensor: "On the early evening of 30th of January, I was sitting at the Tipsy Oyster in Waitangi, New Zealand. The restaurant has a beautiful beach view. Suddenly, people got excited, and then I saw this person in a boat close to the beach. They had their dog, a French bulldog, on a wakeboard and would pull it through the waves. The dog seemed to enjoy waterskiing on his little wakeboard. It stood there very calm and steady. I think the dog's name is Bosco."
