Info from Licensor: "A prescription Anti-anxiety medication (50 mg Gabapentin) was given to my grey cat Charlie 2 hours prior to his vet appointment and he was super loopy and goofy. His back leg is floating, his eyes are a little crossed and he appears to be smiling as I approach him."
