Info from Licensor: "I, (Joel Donaldson) was assisting with a youth turkey hunt in SW Florida on March 22, 2025. The youth hunter, the guide, and I were whispering with each other in the hunting blind when out of nowhere we heard this loud high pitch scream. The female panther ended up walking within 10 steps of us. She knew we were there but we never felt threatened. She ended up just going on her way and leaving us alone. Biologists have confirmed the 'scream' is called a caterwaul which is a mating sound females use while in heat."
