Info from Licensor: "I was walking to the store recording a video to send to my friend (which I have saved). I was crying about an argument I had with my sister. The man stopped me and was asking me something in Spanish and I responded 'no hablo espanol' and he asked for my Whatsapp and I said no and walked away. He then started following me on his bike and wouldn't leave me alone, he kept asking me for a picture, for my phone number, and asked me to go to his house. I kept saying no and eventually he left. I was then filming a video for Tiktok and after 5 minutes he found me again but this time he got off his bike and was coming closer to me. Eventually a police man saw and stopped him. I continued walking because I don't speak Spanish and I didn't really know what to do."
