Info from Licensor: "Today I went through an entire choreography (it requires a lot of energy and good breathing). At one point, I had a scare (those who know me know I get very nervous during jumps and things like that) and I forgot to breathe. I continued through the choreography without breathing, and when I was almost finished, I felt the lack of oxygen, and that's when I tried to call Will (I felt like I was screaming, but I was really babbling). Fortunately, Will saw that things weren't right and ran off (with my last bit of strength, I waited for him, and when I felt he was there, I left). Lesson: 1. It's very important to do cardio and learn to breathe; be aware of this. 2. Have a good coach who knows when and how to take care of you."
