Info from Licensor: "As I was leaving a Sams Club when I noticed police surrounding a vehicle in the parking lot. I quickly found out a baby had been left in the car, in her carseat. It was 32 degrees outside, so it was pretty chilly, the car was not running and the mother was no where in sight. I started recording and shortly after I started to film, a police officer and the mom walked out of Sams Club. Other spectators and I started yelling at her, asking her how could she forget her baby, her response was 'I didn't forget her, she was sleeping.' I was so angry and outraged. She then said she was inside shopping for an hour. She was not remorseful and didn't even show any emotion until she was arrested. This is a continuous problem and children and animals continue to suffer because of it."
