Info from Licensor: "At a crosswalk, one truck does not yield to pedestrians. I first attempted to flash my highbeams to warn the oncoming vehicle, however that did not work. Then, I honked to warm the pedestrians that a car was coming. After the pedestrians safely cross, a police officer pulls out of the corner to follow the vehicle."
