Info from Licensor: "I was at the flea market, and while I was walking past the game section, I looked over I saw a little boy fall out of a stroller and spill his slushy everywhere. It so happened to get on a lady's jeans and shoes as she was walking by. The lady was being very disrespectful. I couldn’t believe what was going on."
