Info from Licensor: "The rain wind and lightning was crazy. Everyone slowed to 10 mph due to the poor visibility. The water was getting deeper on the road but still drivable, then all of a sudden ladders, chairs, buckets, kids toys, and anything else that was outside of peoples' homes was now in the flash flood."
