Info from Licensor: "It was a pilot error flying too low above crystal glassy water with a new Reflex 65 MPH wing. Before the accident, one of my pilot friends contacted me on the radio. I looked at him, move my go pro and then spent 40 seconds under water trying to disconnect seat belts. I broke 8 ribs and suffered back injuries."
