Info from Licensor: "My father and I own a rental property. The property was purchased sight unseen, so this was the first time inside the apartment. We went inside for the first time, and we were shocked to see the male tenant had abandoned the property. We were shocked to find cans of beer two feet high throughout the apartment, extreme unsanitary conditions, and also he left behind a sex doll box that was discovered on our tour. The tenant only took his TV and sex doll. But left sex toy box behind which we found hilarious."
