Info from Licensor: "I was driving, and at the end of a string of traffic there was a car stopped in the middle lane. From a distance, I noticed the flashing red and blue lights and found it strange that the officer would have stopped them in the middle of a very busy highway so I decided to record as I drove very slow to make sure that I didn't hit an officer or any parts of the 2 vehicles."
