Info from Licensor: "I put my blinkers up and pulled up to take the spot of parked car that was leaving. Guy in a BMW backs up nearly a full block (and past a cop car on his left) and then proceeds to jump out yell that it was his spot and banging on the window. The end result was him saying he'll wait me out, but I knew that the parked car trying to leave can't leave because the guy was blocking him. This is why I initially pulled up to give myself the prime positioning while giving the parked car enough room to leave. I then enjoyed a nice day in the park with friends and never saw/heard from the angry chap again."
